The grapes harvested at the moment of their correct maturation are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation for 20 days and aging for approximately 2 months on fine lees.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Light mineral hints. Fresh aromas of white flowers and citrus notes. Acidic on the palate, full-bodied and with good persistence. Perfect for quite succulent and fatty dishes.
