Made from 100 % Falanghina grapes. The grapes are harvested manually after about 30 days from their complete maturation by selecting only the best berries that have completed the overripening in very good condition. Following a classical fermentation in tanks steel at low temperatures for about 15 days. Once the fermentation is finished, the wine rests on its fine lees for about 2 months after this time, it is filtered. Once bottled, about 2 months pass before it is placed on the market.
Equipped with a straw yellow color with light golden reflections. Flavours on the nose are fresh with tropical notes. The mouthfeel is delicate, sweet, and fresh. Excellent as aftermeal wine or dessert wine.
