The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the products, services or content of the website.
IV. User Account and Content Restrictions
Users are prohibited from publishing or transmitting through the Eredi Giovanni Molettieri s.r.l. site or service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any local, state, national, or international law.
V. Order, prices, payment methods and cancellation
Buyers must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email with details of the products ordered and the total cost. Eredi Giovanni Molettieri s.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before shipment, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The products purchased from Eredi Giovanni Molettieri s.r.l. will be shipped within three working days of the order and delivered within 5-7 working days. We deliver throughout Europe.
Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, the customer must send an email to marketing@giovannimolettieri.it requesting cancellation of the order placed.
VI. Warranty information
All products offered by Eredi Giovanni Molettieri s.r.l. are covered by a standard warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God.
In the event of spoiled wine, the Customer is asked to keep the bottle with at least 2/3 of its contents and with its original cork and to report the alleged non-conformity to Customer Service. Eredi Giovanni Molettieri s.r.l. will intervene as soon as possible by arranging a free collection in order to carry out an in-depth check and propose the most suitable solution.
The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Eredi Giovanni Molettieri s.r.l. within one month from the date on which he discovered the defect, provided that it is not a product which by its nature is perishable or subject to expiration in a shorter period, in which case the defect must be reported within this reduced period.
The legal guarantee covers all products that present a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and which manifests itself within 24 months from the date of purchase (the purchase receipt is valid as proof).
VII. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

Our products must be used in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided. Always ensure that the product is assembled correctly before use and keep it out of the reach of children.
